1. Preparation

1-1. Check Regulations


For celebratory flower stands, each venue or event has its own rules (“regulations”) regarding delivery/removal times and size limits. Please make sure to check them before making an inquiry.

 

● Information to check in advance

  1. Delivery date and time (Example: Jul-25,2025 10:00–12:00)
  2. Removal date and time (Example: Jul-27,2025 10:00–12:00)
  3. Name of the delivery venue
  4. Name of the event
  5. Whether there are size restrictions

 

● Notes

  1. Please provide the delivery/removal times specified by the venue or organizer. We cannot accept times based on customer preference.
  2. The time window must include at least one hour (e.g., “10:00–12:00”).

 

● We may not be able to accept the following types of time specifications

  1. Vague expressions such as “around 10:00”
  2. Time windows shorter than one hour, such as “9:00–9:30”
  3. Unclear timeframes such as “after 20:00(08:00pm)” or “until 22:00(10:00pm)”

 

● About size restrictions

  1. If size restrictions exist, certain design requests may not be possible.
  2. If an order is placed without confirming size limits and the arrangement exceeds the venue’s restrictions, no refund can be issued. Please check carefully in advance.

1-2. Find Images & Setting Your Budget


When consulting with us, having reference images or simple rough sketches of the flower stand (“フラスタ”) will help the process go smoothly. We recommend saving any designs you like from the internet, social media, or our past works in advance. Since what can be achieved varies depending on your budget, it is also important to decide on your budget beforehand.

To make it easier to gather contributors for your flower stand, please consider using our crowdfunding platform “if”, which is operated by our company.

2-1. Inquiry


Once you have prepared the necessary information, feel free to contact us via LINE or the inquiry form. Before reaching out, please make sure to read this page and the Guidance. Our replies are limited to our business hours. Please note that inquiries tend to increase after our regular holidays, so responses may take some time.

 

● Notes for the Inquiry Form

  1. We have seen an increasing number of cases where we are unable to reach customers due to incorrect email addresses/phone numbers or spam filter settings.
  2. If you do not receive a reply within two business days, there may have been a receiving error. In that case, please contact us again via LINE.

2-2. Consultation


You can complete your order entirely through LINE or email, but for those who prefer direct consultation, we also offer face-to-face or online meetings. Meetings are by reservation only. When contacting us via LINE, please mention that you would like a meeting. We will ask for your preferred dates and coordinate the schedule. ● In-person consultation

  1. You can take your time consulting in our dedicated counseling room inside the shop.
  2. Up to three people may join the meeting.

 

● Online consultation

  1. We also offer online meetings via Zoom.
  2. There is no limit to the number of participants, but for smoother communication, we recommend three people or fewer.
  3. For a smooth meeting experience, we recommend keeping your camera on.

2-3. Official Order


Once the design and conditions have been finalized, please contact us to indicate your “official order.”

● Notes for Official Orders

  1. A clear message such as “I would like to place an official order” is required via LINE or email.
  2. Your request alone does not constitute an official order. The order is confirmed only when you receive our message stating, “Your official order has been accepted.”

 

● If the budget does not match the quotation

  1. Consider using our crowdfunding service to gather additional funds.
  2. Consider using Pay ID 3-installment deferred payment.
  3. Consider switching to backstage flowers.

*“Pay ID 3-installment deferred payment” uses the BASE payment system, and credit cards issued outside Japan cannot be used.
*As a result, customers who hold non-Japanese credit cards may be unable to use the service or may have difficulty passing the screening process.

For “Pay ID 3-installment deferred payment,” an initial screening is required. Based on the screening result, a usable credit limit (up to 300,000 yen) will be determined. Depending on the result, the service may not be available, or the available amount may not meet your needs. If you have already been approved, please be mindful of your remaining limit.

 

● About cancellations

Regardless of customer circumstances, event organizer circumstances, or the conditions below, cancellation fees will apply once the order is confirmed.

  • Safety issues (war, terrorism, etc.)
  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, heavy snow, etc.)
  • Environmental reasons (influenza, coronavirus, etc.)

 

Cancellation fees are as follows. Please contact us as early as possible if any changes or cancellations are needed.

  • Up to 31 days before: No cancellation fee (full refund available)
  • 30–21 days before: 50% fee (50% refund if already paid)
  • 20–11 days before: 80% fee (20% refund if already paid)
  • 10 days before to the event day: 100% fee (no refund)
  1. The above fees apply only to the “flower stand cost.” After-hours fees and travel fees are fully refundable.
  2. Cancellations due to our circumstances or delivery accidents are refundable. Delays caused by natural disasters or traffic restrictions are excluded.

3. Payment → Item Drop-off

After your official order has been confirmed, the next step is the payment process. Once we confirm your payment, we will begin ordering the flowers and materials according to your design image. If you have items that need to be prepared on your side—such as panels—please bring them in (or send them) at this stage.

3-1. Payment Methods


You can choose from “In-store Payment,” “Bank Transfer,” or “Online Payment.” Please inform us of your preferred payment method when you contact us to place your official order.

● In-store Payment

You can make your payment at our Kudan-shita shop. We accept a wide range of payment methods including cash, credit cards, e-money, and QR payments.

  1. Credit card payments are limited to single (lump-sum) payments only.
  2. Please be aware of the payment limits for e-money and QR payment services.

 

● Bank Transfer

  1. We will provide the bank transfer details individually once your order is confirmed.
  2. For verification purposes, please inform us of the payer’s name (in Romanized/phonetic format) after the transfer is completed.
  3. Bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

 

● Online Payment

Online payments via the BASE payment system are available. We will send you a dedicated payment link; please complete the payment by the specified deadline. The available payment methods are as follows:

  • Credit cards (limited to cards issued within Japan)
  • Amazon Pay
  • Carrier billing
  • PayID payment (including Pay ID 3-installment deferred payment)

The “Pay ID 3-installment deferred payment” option requires a screening process at first-time use. Your maximum usable limit (up to 300,000 JPY) will be determined based on the screening results. Depending on the screening, you may be unable to use the service or the approved amount may be lower than expected. If you have already passed the screening before, please be mindful of your remaining available credit.

3-2. Bringing In Decorative Items


Please complete the submission of decorative items by the deadline we provide. Items may be brought directly to our shop or delivered by courier. Please do not send any items before your order is officially confirmed, as this may cause issues.

We also accept direct shipments from third parties, such as:

  • Direct delivery from panel printing companies
  • Direct shipment of items purchased from online shops

 

In all cases, please be sure to include [Your Name + Delivery Date] in the remarks section or on the shipping label, so we can identify that the items belong to your order.

  • Items with no identifiable sender may not be treated as decorative materials.
  • Adding decorative items after the order is confirmed may require additional labor fees, so please refrain from doing so.

 

● About the Return of Decorative Items

 

Decorative items used for the flower stand can be returned only if they remain at the time of stand removal. If you wish to have your decorative items returned, please be sure to inform us at the time of order confirmation.

Please note that decorative items may be removed at the venue or taken by third parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the items will be returned or the condition of the items upon return.

■ In-store Pickup (Free)

If the decorative items are successfully collected during stand removal, they can be returned through in-store pickup.

  • Return method: In-store pickup
  • Fee: Free
  • Storage period: Up to 3 weeks from the removal date

※ Items not collected within the storage period will be disposed of.

■ Return by Shipping (Paid)

If you wish to have the decorative items returned by shipping, we can arrange it with the following fees.

  • Return method: Shipping
  • Fee: Packing fee JPY 3,300 + shipping cost
  • Shipping area: Japan only
  • Shipping period: Within 2 weeks after online payment is completed

After the stand removal is completed, we will contact you if the decorative items were successfully recovered. We will then calculate the total amount including shipping, and ask you to complete an online payment in advance.

  • Recycled boxes may be used for packing.
  • Shipping will be arranged after payment is confirmed.
  • The courier service will be selected by our store.
  • Date and time of delivery cannot be specified.

■ Condition of Decorative Items

Since stand removal is conducted by visiting multiple venues in one route, decorative items may be damaged during loading or transportation.

In addition, decorative items may not be recovered for the following reasons:

  • Removed by performers or event staff
  • Taken by visitors or third parties
  • Lost during venue removal
  • Damaged during transportation

For these reasons, we cannot guarantee the return of decorative items or their condition upon return.

  • Panels (A1 size or larger require prior consultation)
  • Unused spare balloons or fabric
  • Other decorative items brought by the customer

■ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Fresh flowers
  • Items that require dismantling or special technical work for shipping
  • Used balloons or fabric
  • Decorative items prepared by our store

■ Packing

Depending on the size and shape of the decorative items, they may be folded or disassembled for packing.
Please note that we cannot guarantee reassembly after shipping.

4. Creation → Delivery → Removal

4-1. Creation


Once your flower stand is completed, we will send you a photo of the finished arrangement on the day before delivery (or two days before if a shop holiday is involved).

 

● Notes

  1. Depending on our workload, the photo may be sent late at night.
  2. We will do our best to accommodate requests for adjustments, but depending on the timing of your reply, structural limitations, or workload on the production day, we may not be able to make changes.
  3. The appearance in photos may differ from the actual arrangement due to camera angle or lighting. If you are considering adjustments, please request additional photos from different angles for a more accurate assessment.
  4. All production is carried out based on professional experience and expertise, with the final form in mind. You may observe the work in progress, but mid-production adjustments are generally not accepted.
  5. We do not provide in-progress photos during the production process.

4-2. Delivery


We will deliver the completed flower stand to the venue at the specified date and time. After installation is completed, we will send you photos taken on-site.

 

● Notes

  1. We will do our best to accommodate adjustment requests, but depending on the timing of your reply, we may not be able to make changes.
  2. We do not accept requests to designate the exact placement location at the venue. The final location is determined by the venue staff, and the arrangement may be moved after installation. If the design is altered due to such movement, we cannot take responsibility.
  3. After delivery, the flower stand becomes the property of the performer. If you wish to add or remove panels or decorative items, please obtain permission from the venue staff, event organizer, or performer.
  4. Customers generally cannot accompany us during delivery. However, this may be allowed if the venue grants permission.
  5. Delivery time on the day is adjusted based on other delivery schedules, so we cannot guarantee an exact time in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

4-3. Removal


We will remove the flower stand at the date and time designated by the event.

 

● Notes

  1. If the pickup time is changed from the originally scheduled time and falls outside the permitted hours, an additional fee will be required.
  2. An external contracted company may handle the removal on our behalf.

5. FAQ


You must complete your official order at least 12 days before the delivery date. Therefore, we recommend making your first inquiry no later than 15 days before the desired delivery date.

We deliver within Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, and Kanagawa, limited to locations within 50 km of our shop. Additional travel fees (including removal) will apply depending on the venue. For dressing room flower arrangements, nationwide shipping is available.

We do not offer installments or post-payment directly. However, if you choose online payment, you may use “Pay ID 3-installment deferred payment,” which functions similarly to an installment plan.

Yes. Even if you pay by bank transfer or online payment, we can issue a receipt upon request. After delivery is completed, we can send it via postal mail or as an image. Please provide the “recipient name” and “description” to be printed.

Yes, you may contact us even if the regulations are not confirmed yet. However, please understand that we cannot provide an accurate estimate without knowing the delivery location, time, and schedule. Regulations must be finalized by the time of your official order.

We are sorry, but we do not accept tentative reservations. A schedule can only be secured once you place an official order.

In some cases, we can assist with panel preparation, but there are important conditions. Please check the details here.

If the arrangement exceeds the size limits, it may be rejected at the venue or require major design adjustments upon delivery. This may result in a final appearance different from what you expected. If you understand the risks, we can create the arrangement in your desired size.
